Terms of Service

To create and maintain a SentryFi membership, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Be a legal resident of the United States or a supported jurisdiction
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
• Not appear on any government sanctions or prohibited persons lists
• Not have had a previous SentryFi membership terminated for cause

SentryFi reserves the right to deny membership applications or close accounts that do not meet these eligibility criteria.

SentryFi offers a range of educational and advisory services, which may include:

• Educational Content: On-demand courses, live workshops, guides, and a member community
• Market Research: Daily and weekly market briefings, sector and macro analysis
• Trading Insight: Research-backed trade ideas, technical and fundamental analysis, and market alerts
• Consultation: 1:1 advisory sessions and business or team advisory workshops

SentryFi does not provide banking, custody, brokerage, or discretionary investment management services. We do not hold client funds or securities, and we do not place or execute trades on your behalf. Specific features and availability may vary based on plan type and may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice.

SentryFi is committed to transparent pricing. Applicable fees may include:

• Recurring membership or plan subscription fees
• Per-session fees for select consultation packages
• Fees for optional add-on workshops or business advisory engagements

A complete schedule of fees is available at sentryfi.net/pricing. SentryFi will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of material fee changes and will not charge you without clear disclosure at signup.

By using SentryFi services, you consent to receive all communications electronically, including:

• Membership receipts, session confirmations, and billing notices
• Legal notices and policy updates
• Market briefings, course updates, and security alerts
• Marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time)

You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and ensuring that SentryFi communications are not blocked by spam filters.

All courses, research, market briefings, and trading insight provided by SentryFi are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute personalized investment, legal, or tax advice, and no advisor-client or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of our services unless separately and explicitly agreed in writing.

• Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of principal
• Past performance of any strategy or analysis is not indicative of future results
• You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions
• We encourage you to consult a licensed, independent financial advisor before acting on any information we provide

SentryFi's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard account credentials or device security
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party platforms (video conferencing, payment processing, market data feeds) or force majeure events
• Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to SentryFi in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for trading or investment losses, market fluctuations, or decisions made based on our educational content or research

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SentryFi, its affiliates, and service providers from claims arising out of your violation of these terms, fraud, or misuse of services.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of SentryFi services shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting legal@sentryfi.net within 30 days of the dispute arising
• Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions, collective proceedings, or representative actions
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles

You may cancel your SentryFi membership at any time by contacting customer support or using the cancellation feature in your account settings. Cancellation is subject to:

• Settlement of any outstanding subscription fees or charges
• Compliance with applicable legal and record-keeping requirements
• Loss of access to member content and remaining scheduled sessions, subject to our refund policy

SentryFi may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we suspect fraud, violation of law, or breach of these terms.
